Description

We bid on this project to replace the entire roof-top HVAC and ductwork system. The project was a 1 year timeline consisting of the removal of roof-top HVAC equipment, removal of all insulation and ductwork and replacement with new MUA's and duct transitions. The roof had to be replaced and a good portion of the ductwork and some equipment had to be reinstalled upon completion of the roof. What made this especially difficult as the entire roof was covered with HVAC equipment and ductwork. The old units were removed from the roof but all ductwork had to be numbered and stored on the roof for future reinstallation. We were able to complete our portion of the work with an accommodation from the owners on the quality of the work.
